Refund policy

I am thrilled that you have selected my work and I want to make your experience a wonderful one and to make sure you are happy with your new art! 

Original Art:
You have 7 days to contact us at annpickettstudio@gmail.com and request a refund. Once a return has been agreed, you are responsible for packing and arranging return delivery using the same service as it was sent to you. Once the piece has been safely returned we will refund your payment within 14 days.

Giclees and Commissions:
If your piece was a custom sized giclee or commission, there are no refunds or exchanges. All sales of commissions are final. You are given many chances to make changes during the development of the piece.

Damage
If the artwork is damaged during shipping, please contact me right away at annpickettstudio@gmail.com (please include photos). You may choose a new piece or I can issue you a refund (less shipping charges).
